After storm fun!

After cleaning up the tree branches in our back yard we headed down the road to Paw Paw Dr to check out all the water on the road. Here is a few Pic's of our afternoon of fun.

Thunderstorm!

During the storm tonight Bailey and Sadi got scared after lightning struck very close to the house. They went into hiding for a while and then we found this. Bailey in the bath tub digging his was to china and Sadi next to him

Great Weekend!

Another great weekend was had by Corey and I. We headed toward Detroit Saturday morning and spent way to much time and money at Ikea. Baby Kragt now has everything he may need for his room. Then we headed over to Twelve Oaks for some more shopping, this time for me and Corey. We ended the day at Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Tigers and Red Wings. I was exhausted at the end of this day. Sunday we woke up had some breakfast and headed to the Big D! We had AMAZING seats for the Tigers VS Angels. Row 5 right behind home plate. If your a Tigers fan you already know it was a great game with a grand slam by Clete Thomas. Next game we are seeing is Tigers vs Cubs on the 25th, can't wait. I am told we won't be stopping to shop before that game, apparently I have spent enough money at Ikea.

20 Week Ultra Sound

IT'S A BOY! We had our Ultra Sound today and found out we have a boy on the way! Every thing was looking good and measuring right on with our due date. He was very active and didn't want to show us his goods all that much be we got a few good shots to confirm. I have an appointment on Friday and the doctor will have looked over all of the pictures by then to confirm that everything is looking great but our wonderful U/S tech said everything looked normal. I did mention that I have not felt much movement from the baby yet and after looking around we saw that the placenta is in front of the baby and acting like a cushion right now so no need for concern there either. I will count my blessings I can sleep great for now with out feeling much and know that these nights are coming to an end very soon.

Baby Update

It has been a while since I gave you all a baby update. Not much has happened or change but me and baby are doing great. We are both growing tons right now, well me more so than baby I think. I am now 17 weeks along, at my last few appointments Doc said everything is looking good and the heart beat has stayed the same every time at a steady 145/150 bpm. I got to schedule our ultra sound today so 3 more weeks until we know if it is a Corey Jr. or not. Hmmm do I really want to know this already? Yup 20 more weeks to mentally prepare myself for 2 boys in my life, or 20 more weeks of shopping for hair bows and cute outfits.

Sadi

So lately I have had lots of posts of Bailey and I don't want to leave Sadi out. She has been relaxing and watching the birds now that spring is here. This is a picture of Sadi waiting for Corey and Bailey to get back from a walk. Since her injury of a torn ACL in her knee she is no longer aloud to take walks. I try to spoil her and give her a bone as soon as they leave but she would rather watch for them to come home. Poor thing use to love walks. Now that summer is almost here she gets to start her summer rehab again by swimming in Grandma Kragts pool to lose those winter pounds.

My New Best Friend

As many of you have heard Corey and I talk about Bailey being very protective of me even before we new I was pregnant. He has to be right at my side at ALL times. Corey no longer can sit on the couch due to lack of room, (see photo) and Bailey is now trying to take over Corey’s side of the bed too. I now get to shower with him either in the bathroom with me or outside the door crying. If he falls a sleep and I leave the room the poor dog about has a heart attach trying to find me. All of this is very sweet but he thinks he needs to be on my lap all the time and he is NO lap dog. I am glad he is loving me so much but this is going to be a really long pregnancy with all 107lbs of him at my side. In return at least Sadi has been giving Corey lots of love and attention or I might have a depressed husband on my hands too. These old dogs always amaze me!
